Blocks

Summary: surveys are broken down and organized by blocks which can hold one or more questions. They can be named, moved, locked, copied/repeated, saved, and deleted in the main survey module. When you make a new block, you can start from scratch or copy a previous block and change the questions within it. It can be useful to lock a block when you’re done editing it. You might also consider copying/saving existing blocks to the library, especially for studies that utilize the same surveys.

In psych experiments, its very common to have more than one condition (control and experimental). Therefore, its useful to create a “control” and an “experimental” block, which would be randomly assigned in the “Survey Flow.”
