John (Johnny) Inoue is a Junior majoring in Astrophysics. When he’s not up in the observatory with an eye to the stars, he’s usually planning a setlist for the radio show he and his friend do on WCFM, or practicing his djembe drumming with Kusika. Who knows. Someday you might read about a concert he does on Mars!
He took intermediate Japanese during his first year at Williams. and while he’s not majoring, he still loves to practice it and go the karaoke parties the department throws. His dad is from Fukuoka, Japan, so despite growing up here in the US, Japanese culture never felt far. Staying connected to it is an important aspect of his life he tries to further foster every day.
