Stipends are available to help offset the costs of research at the Miller Papers Archive at Williams College in Williamstown, MA. Travel stipends may also be available to offset the costs of conference and presentation travel for talks related to Miller’s philosophy.
Travel stipends range from $500-$1,500 any given year. Before applying, potential applicants are encouraged to send a letter of inquiry to confirm the availability of the travel funds for the current or next academic year. The application for the travel stipend will include:
- Applicant’s CV and contact information.
- A one page description of the proposed travel including the rationale for the presentation and conference/talk venue or the project to be studied in the Miller Papers, the dates of travel, and the amount of money required to facilitate the travel.
