Being successful in a group requires getting along with people who might be very different from you. No matter how good you are already, there's always room to improve when it comes to interacting with the strange and complicated beast that is homo sapiens.

People skills translate into every aspect of your working and everyday life, whether you're running or participating in meetings, trying to project confidence among your peers, or seeking to make the most of the talents you have in your group.
