READERS
Readers attend bi-monthly meetings to review, evaluate, and discuss submitted works for the in-print edition. The team is largely editorial, deciding which works should be included in the issue and communicating with contributors to discuss potential revisions.

ENGAGEMENT
Engagement works closely with the Outreach Director to increase engagement and attract contributors. The team is responsible for sharing Off The Record with the larger campus community by designing social media posts, making posters, and otherwise promoting Off The Record.

ILLUSTRATORS
Illustrators create visuals for the in-print edition of Off The Record. They work closely with contributors and layout to create a visual that represents each work accurately. Visuals can include drawings, paintings, graphic designs, photographs, and more.

LAYOUT
Layout compiles the print magazine by working with management and web designers. They use their creative skills to create an engaging and exciting experience for the reader.
