READERS
Readers attend bi-monthly meetings to review, evaluate, and discuss submitted works for the in-print edition. The team is largely editorial, deciding which works should be included in the issue and working with contributors during the revision process.

ENGAGEMENT
Engagement works closely with the Engagement Director to increase engagement and attract contributors. The team is responsible for sharing Off The Record with the larger campus community by developing a standard outreach system around campus and acting as the spokesperson for Off The Record, both at events and through social media.

DESIGN
Design includes both layout and illustration, and is responsible for building the thematic atmosphere of the magazine and curating a provocative experience for the reader. Alongside layout, design uses their creative eye to illustrate visuals, such as graphic design, sketch and drawing, art + text overlay, and more, that complements and amplifies the work.
