The Williams College Fund (WCF) for Mt. Greylock Program Committee includes the principal, curriculum coordinator, and four faculty members. This group meets quarterly and is charged with communicating the granting process, reviewing proposals and recommending initiatives to the superintendent. The Advisory Council is responsible for communicating through regular updates relevant information to faculty and WCF board. Appointed members will typically serve two-year terms.

The Williams College Fund (WCF) Steering Committee includes the Williams College Assistant to the President for Public Affairs, the Director of the Williams Center at Mt. Greylock, a Williams faculty member appointed by the president, the superintendent, two Greylock faculty members appointed by the superintendent, and an at-large member jointly appointed by the president and superintendent, who is not employed by either the college or school. The committee will include a minimum of one resident each from Lanesborough and Williamstown. Appointed members will typically serve a three-year term. The committee will meet three times a year to review the criteria being used to approve proposals and the assessments of fund-supported programs, and to set overall fund-related policies and practices as required.
