Martha’s Departure

The committee came together to wish Martha well in her retirement.  Martha gave brief updates on pre-employment physicals and the sick leave donation bank.  Pre-employment physicals will affect new employees only in certain jobs.  A proposed new state law on paid medical leave may affect the sick leave donation bank recommendation, making it redundant.  The policy will most likely be in flux until the legislation is settled.  More to come on that.
