1. All Staff Forums –
Martha shared Doug Rydell’s email regarding topics from colleagues for Staff Forums scheduled for February 24 and 25. Martha to forward a collection both Doug’s and the group’s topics to Adam.
2. Sick Leave Bank Proposal Status –
This action will be tabled for now due to the new Massachusetts Paid Sick Leave Law. HR is presently reviewing our leave practices.
3. 2015 Wellness Website –
The committee had a discussion the 2015 Wellness Program and toured the Wellness Website
4. Kevin shared his many various offerings for spring trainings and managers series.
