Staff Advisory Council Meeting Location: Human Resources Conference Room

1. Wellness Program 2015 –
The committee reviewed and discussed a draft of the program details. 2015 is the third year of the three year pilot program. This year the program offers more diverse options for achieving greater wellness and receiving the $500 incentive. Detailed information will be announced to the campus after winter break.
2. All Staff Forums –
Martha informed the group that there will be two staff forums in February 2015. Dates, times and locations will be announced in January. The group suggested a few agenda topics.
• Capital Campaign
• Spring Street
• Future of the Williams Inn
• How administration balances new construction in terms of additional staff needs. How is this reviewed and looked at.

4. Martha asked the committee members to each think what does it mean to represent Staff Council? Conversation was had around the process and challenges of bringing information back and forth from our meetings to colleagues.
