Kaiz is responsible for the training and improvement of our barista team, constantly providing new opportunities for barista development.
Our lifeblood is our amazing team of baristas. We are proud to be fully staffed by Williams students. We typically hire new baristas at the start of each semester, according to our business needs. No prior experience is required; however, applicants must be eligible to work at Williams College pursuant to student employment policies.
