Art

Goodrich is proud to showcase student art.

As part of a new initiative, Goodrich will be showcasing student art in our space.

A new Goodrich initiative: Student Art

We are excited to be bringing student art to the Goodrich space. Our current plan is to display student work for a limited time on pinboard walls around Goodrich Hall, cycling through works a few times a semester.

For those of you interested in submitting work, we ask that you complete this form. We’ll need some information from you, including:

  • A photo of the piece you want to put up.
  • Rough dimensions of the work.
  • A short artist’s statement and/or title (and contact info if you would like, in case people would like to purchase your work).

Please also note these important reminders:

  • While we do not currently have size limitations, please try to not make art too large. We’d like to create as much room as possible for as many students as we can.
  • The art will be hanging on a pinboard wall, so it can’t be too heavy.
  • We reserve the right to not display a piece of art. Submission does not guarantee that your art will receive approval.
  • We are not responsible for any damage that artwork may incur while in our space.
  • It is each student’s responsibility to drop off their art during the drop-off period and pick it up during the pick-up period. Art that is not collected during the pick-up time may be given away or disposed of.
  • Only students are eligible to display artwork in our space at this time.
  • The presence of art in our space does not constitute an endorsement of the art or artist(s) by Goodrich Coffee Bar or its employees.
  • Art may not be displayed in our space without the express approval of the Goodrich management team.

We’re very excited about this new opportunity for our community. If you have any questions or feedback, please feel free to contact Operations Manager Ezra Joffe-Hancock.
