    Sorry to interrupt your thoughts on Bridge, Frank, but I recently came across your book ‘Riemannian Geometry: A Beginner’s Guide’. It is a little gem, and a wonderful alternative (or supplement) to many bigger texts, such as Barrett O’Neill’s book on semi-Riemannian geom. I realise that I am over 25 years overdue in sending these thoughts, but ‘better late than never’
