2025 KCJS EX: Happy Moments

As my final entry for the 2025 KCJS blog, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all the friends I made along the way, who helped create many happy moments during my two-month stay in Kyoto.
Thank you to classmate A, who cracked the most creative jokes during our travels and made each trip memorable and filled with joy.
Thank you to classmate H, who showed me how easy it is to make new friends and not be afraid to express my true self. Thank you for rooming with me during our long weekend travels; I’ll never forget that trip.
Thank you to classmate K, who was so creative and easy to work with when we worked on our final project,
Thank you to local college students しゅんやくん and ここはちゃん. Thank you both for reaching out and being friends with us foreign students. I definitely learned a lot from the both of you and hopefully we can run into each other in the future!
Last but not least, I’d like to thank classmate G, with whom I’ve probably spent the most time, whether working on homework assignments or just running around the streets of Kyoto. You’ve shown me how caring someone can be and what it means to have a “gentle soul.” Wishing you all the best for your next semester abroad in Chiba. Thank you for sharing a special two months with me in Kyoto.
