1. Nominations – The committee reviewed the 8 nominations for the next three year term. Martha will be contacting the six who were selected

Helena Warburg, Library

2. Columbus Day/Mountain Day – Kevin asked the group for their thoughts on replacing the Columbus Day holiday. A few suggestions from the group were to change the name completely, eliminate it and add an additional floating holiday. The group felt strongly that we would need to poll staff in all departments. This will be an agenda item for the full group in October.

3. Status update on review of paid leave audit in HR.
