NARH Closing – Much discussion was on the closing, Martha gave an update on communication the college will be sending out regarding information and helpful resources.

Staff Survey – At least 72% took part in the survey sponsored by DART (Diversity Action Research Team). Members did not hear much buzz about the survey from their colleagues.

Staff Forum- The forums held in January were well attended. All felt it was important to have the President in front of staff at least once a year. Suggestions were made that staff could send in questions prior to the next forum.

Compensation Workshops – The group agreed that workshops on compensation for staff are important and needed.
