justin updated group on the new Kudos Program being implemented by Staff Committee
Time and Labor will roll out after the PeopleSoft upgrade, Fall 2013
A series of benefits listening focus groups are being scheduled for February and March to discuss the recent Benefits Survey

1. Sick Leave Policy – Discussion on sick leave policy for all staff, Doug and Michelle researched and compiled information from Yale, Middlebury, Wellesley, CT, Trinity and Bowdoin. All felt it was important to have sick leave for admin staff. It would provide clarity to many and help with abusers. The majority liked the clarity of Bowdoin’s policy. Martha will take a closer look at Bowdoin’s policy and incorporate into a draft for Williams.

2. Launch of Wellness Initiative – Martha provided information and clarity on the Wellness Incentive.
On February 5th there will be a mini Wellness Fair along with the first session for getting your numbers in the Faculty House Living Room
