The practice of yoga and the philosophies on which they are based have been profoundly transformative in my life.  My love for these ideas and actions compels me to share them widely.  The yoga tradition provides myriad tools for addressing every aspect of life. Modern yoga practices are as varied as food – there is a style and approach that will appeal to and be appropriate for every individual, at each stage of their lives.  You will find within this site just a taste of my favorite teachings.

Some people will find yoga in other forms – perhaps music, running, child-rearing, or spending quiet time nature.  Recognizing yoga, wherever it arises, reinforces the experiences that yoga practice was designed to facilitate: steadiness, ease, contentment, and a sense of connected-ness.
