Want to be a WCFM DJ?
Being a DJ requires two hours of training class, which covers station policies and the operation of all the equipment. Then you must observe two hours of live broadcast in the studio and spend two hours in the production studio practicing with the equipment. Thirdly, you will take a practical test, covering what you have learned. Once you pass the test, you must perform one hour of community service at the station, filing CDs or fixing things.
After the training and the test, you’re good to go on the air!
To get started, contact David Pearcy (unix dsp2) and he will give you details about your training.
