Physical: \u00a0As I read this poem I moved around the room at different paces, having an unfocused look, spinning ans circling the audience. I moved my arms up to appear as a mummy or zombie at one point and then at the Oh part I sat down.<\/p>\n

Changes: I was going to nervously rip the poem apart as I read it, but as a last minute change I didn\u2019t probably because I was worried as to my ability to do that and then clean up as I moved around the room. I would have made the Oh moment more dramatic and maybe had more of a conclusion.<\/p>\n

I wrote this up not intending anyone to read it, so please disregard the terrible English errors throughout. If we later need me to fix them I will though. Thanx!<\/p>\n

Movement, motion, turning around<\/p>\n
Its dripping, time\u2019s dripping<\/p>\n
I need to get down, And work and get there, for I\u2019m here<\/p>\n
And time is not patient if I stay near<\/p>\n
Im running, im running, nothing does set me free<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t see, I can\u2019t feel, I\u2019m following thee<\/p>\n
Im the drop in the clouds that is floating about<\/p>\n
Victim to wind and to sun, but wait, now Im falling down<\/p>\n
Im flying im floating, nothing does set me free<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t see I cant feel, im following thee<\/p>\n
Oh sweet people, sweet crowd,<\/p>\n
know that I don\u2019t question\u00a0 to where am I being led<\/p>\n
Oh well, as long as my greed is being fed (harsher tone, slight shift)<\/p>\n

Can you please map out my life, define it for me?<\/p>\n
Yes, success! Now I know how to be successful\u2026<\/p>\n
You tell me it\u2019s money and possessions<\/p>\n
Yes success! Now I know how to be happy\u2026<\/p>\n
It is drinking and parties and inhibitions set free<\/p>\n
Yes success! Now I know how to find joy<\/p>\n
I avoid strife, and grief and emotions in life<\/p>\n
I take \u201cme\u201d time\u2026 or weeks, or years at a time,<\/p>\n
A life that\u2019s devoted to what I\u2019m trying to find<\/p>\n
Im running, im running, nothing does se me free<\/p>\n
I can\u2019t see, I can\u2019t feel, im following thee<\/p>\n
I am unconscious in mind, \u00a0(mummy)<\/p>\n
Going through the motions of life<\/p>\n
Helpless I\u2019m hopeless as to what I don\u2019t know I need to find<\/p>\n
Drugs is the rage<\/p>\n
Sex is the rage<\/p>\n
Who needs family<\/p>\n
Who needs morals<\/p>\n
When I live in a dog eat dog age<\/p>\n

I moved nowhere<\/p>\n
I saw nothing in the flurry, the race<\/p>\n
I know nothing, my life, it has nothing, no taste<\/p>\n
Emotion I feel you, death has set me free<\/p>\n
Im finding I have, a voice inside me<\/p>\n
You will not map me out<\/p>\n
Define me in a legend\/key<\/p>\n
Or images that before, past them I could not see<\/p>\n
