From Thursday evening to Monday morning, we explored all over \u897f\u5b89 and learned more about its cultural and historical significance. Some of the trip highlights included a cultural street with lots of small stores &#8211; including many hand-painted fan shops, the Xi\u2019an city wall, the terracotta warriors (\u5175\u9a6c\u4fd1), and Huimin Street (\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u8857). However, my favorite part of the trip was the delicious food: biang biang mian (the character for \u201cbiang\u201d is so complex that it cannot be typed using most fonts in Chinese), \u7f8a\u8089\u6c64\u52a0\u7c89, \u8336\u8bdd\u5f04, \u56db\u5ddd\u9c7c, and the many \u5c0f\u5403 at various night markets (\u591c\u5e02).
