The day before our speaking test our classes were cancelled because of the typhoon. This was good for me because that day I not only had to prepare for the speaking test but also write a speech, so Thursday with no classes I had time to prepare well. I think I tested pretty well, I used a lot of vocabulary and sentence structures and talked a lot about the textbook contents, but I didn&#8217;t speak as fluently. After, we took a picture with Sam, one of the helpers at ICLP, because this was his last semester working at ICLP. I also bought books in Chinese that day. On Sunday I found a group online to hike Yangmingshan with. We climbed 6 peaks in total, hiking for 8 hours and 20 km.
