This week we studied another variety of subjects. We discussed the smog issue in Beijing and other environmental issues. “雾霾” is especially serious air pollution. I learned that during the Olympic Games in 2008, the government issued rules to limit driving and other factory related pollution, and thus Beijing had white clouds and blue skies for the duration of the games. Another subject I enjoyed talking about was counterfeit products and how easy it is to buy them.
