About Rob Livingstone
I am beginning my 4th year as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach at Williams College and have 14 years of strength and conditioning experience. Over my coaching career, I have trained numerous Olympic and professional athletes. I have also trained five, 1st round MLB draft picks and two, 1st round NBA draft picks. In addition to my work with collegiate and professional athletes, I have trained elementary, middle and high school student-athletes as well as adults. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for Jacksonville State University, Philadelphia Phillies Organization, Jacksonville University, University of Georgia and Norcross High School. I have also managed a Velocity Sports Performance Training facility outside of Atlanta. I graduated from Jacksonville State University with an Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition, and a Master’s degree in Physical Education. I played collegiate baseball at Southern Union State Community College and Jacksonville State University. I am currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and USA Weightlifting.
