RASAN’s appointment and other support systems are not intended for emergency use. The resources listed on this page are better suited for emergencies and crises.

For Life-Threatening Emergencies

If your life or someone else’s life is in immediate danger, call 911 immediately. Do not delay.

For on-campus emergencies, call Campus Safety and Security at (413)-587-4100.

For Sexual Violence Emergencies

If you are a survivor of sexual violence, or are supporting a survivor of sexual violence, call Sexual Assault Survivor Services (SASS) at (413) 597-3000.

For Mental Health Emergencies

If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health emergency, call Integrative Wellbeing Services (IWS) at (413) 597-2353 and select option 2.
