We will cover everything that you need to survive upper-level mathematics courses and that you haven&#8217;t learned in calculus. We will in particular cover Logic, Introduction to Proofs via Number Theory, Induction, Set Theory, Cardinality, Relations, Elementary Combinatorics and Probability, and Graph Theory. Enjoy the ride!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Announcements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(04\/03) The final exam is now self-scheduled. You may take it at any point during the final exam-period, as long as you take it for 150 minutes. That said, I will be out of town from May 19 to May 21 inclusive, so I&#8217;d recommend you to take the exam beforehand if you need clarifications.<\/p>\n<p><del>(02\/22) The final exam will be held on Friday, May 19, from 1:30 PM &#8211; 4 PM<\/del><\/p>\n<p>(02\/13) Class had to be cancelled today due to weather-related circumstances. There will be a make-up lecture on Tuesday, February 14, at 8 pm in 5 Griffin Hall.
