The team is largely editorial, deciding which works should be included in the issue and working with contributors during the revision process.\n<em>ENGAGEMENT<\/em><br \/>\nEngagement works closely with the Engagement Director to increase engagement and attract contributors. The team is responsible for sharing <em>Off The Record<\/em> with the larger campus community by developing a standard outreach system around campus and acting as the spokesperson for <em>Off The Record, <\/em>both at events and through social media.\n<em>DESIGN and LAYOUT<\/em><br \/>\nDesign includes both layout and illustration, and is responsible for building the thematic atmosphere of the magazine and curating a provocative experience for the reader.
