The alternative is NOT using pastry to make decoration. I have a few thoughts for both:<\/p>\n<p>I found a Bon Appetit recipe for Strawberry and White Chocolate Mouse Tart, which looks amazing to me. I really want to eat it, so I think I&#8217;m going to make it.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/lifeofpie13\/files\/2014\/01\/Screen-shot-2014-01-20-at-12.27.09-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-471\" alt=\"Screen shot 2014-01-20 at 12.27.09 PM\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/lifeofpie13\/files\/2014\/01\/Screen-shot-2014-01-20-at-12.27.09-PM-287x300.png\" width=\"287\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/lifeofpie13\/files\/2014\/01\/Screen-shot-2014-01-20-at-12.27.09-PM-287x300.png 287w, https:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/lifeofpie13\/files\/2014\/01\/Screen-shot-2014-01-20-at-12.27.09-PM.png 534w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I think it would be cool to arrange the strawberries into concentric circles. The strawberries themselves are made to look especially appetizing because they are brushed with a melted-strawberry-jam-and-lemon-juice mixture. I would like to experiment with chocolate drizzle designs to make to little dark chocolate pieces to incorporate into the circular strawberry design. Here are just a few of the really cool things I found while poking around in Pintrest.<\/p>\n<p>This sunny, yummy looking spinach thing.
