Turkey, brie, and apple panini.  The brie melts and is delicious, and the apples provide a little bit of crunch and tartness.  It is awesome.  So when given the chance to throw savory things into a pie, I jumped on it!  The only problem was that I couldn&#8217;t really find a recipe, so I made it up as I went along and I&#8217;m really hoping it&#8217;s good.  Figuring it out as I went along, though, was a really good learning experience for me because with David&#8217;s help I began to learn how to know when something needs more of a certain spice.
