In preparation for the move of Kellogg House and the Stetson-Sawyer construction project, the site had to be cleared of trees. Before the deconstruction of Kellogg and Seeley Houses commenced, the trees on the site were carefully removed. Some of these trees were turned into lumber and some were woodchipped. The lumber may eventually end up in the new Kellogg House!
