On September 6, 2011, Kellogg House was moved approximately 100 yards west of its former location to a temporary spot near the edge of the project boundary. This move allowed work to begin on the foundation of the new Stetson-Sawyer library. Not pictured below are the days of work that went into preparing Kellogg House for its move. The foundation was removed, then the building was braced, and finally it was lifted onto the wheeled hydraulic leveling assembly.
