Information for Graduating Students

Congratulations on your recent or impending graduation!

If you created a site on this server during your time at Williams (i.e., a site with a URL like sites.williams.edu/username/), here is what you need to know as you prepare to leave the college.

1. You will lose access to the site once your Williams email has been deactivated.
2. Your site will be turned off within 12 months after your graduation.
3. You may request an export of your site’s data and media files. The archive will be in the form of a WordPress XML file that is suitable for importing into another WordPress host.
4. To request a copy of you site, please email [email protected] and be sure to include your site’s URL.
