\r\n\t\tFrequently Asked Questions\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t\t\tHow should MinCo groups request FAST Funds?<\/a>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t

Minority Coalition Groups and their Affiliated Groups (RSOs who have a mission similar to those of MinCo but are not listed as an official MinCo group) will request FAST funding through our annual budget<\/a> or supplemental budget<\/a> forms! FAST will oversee allocation of the MinCo sector of the Student Activities Tax. If MinCo groups are receiving additional funding from the Davis Center (or other external sources) for an event, please indicate it on the form or budget. RSOs are encouraged to pursue funding from a unique variety of sources, and FAST may coordinate with other bodies to ensure that we are able to fund as much of the event as possible. If you need accommodations for any part of an event that you believe may require additional funding, please contact the OAE (Office of Accessible Education) with information about your event and the accommodations you may need. OAE will work with the student directly and review their documentation to determine what accommodations are appropriate and if monetary adjustment is needed. As outlined in our constitution, FAST will adhere to the guidance of OAE for funding the accommodations for the event.<\/p>\r\n

If you run into an error submitting a form, first check try to clear your cache or cookies. If you are attaching a file, please check to see if it meets the size limits.<\/p>\r\n

If the problem persists, reach out to us! Email us with the error you received and the information you intended to submit in the form. As a temporary solution, FAST can submit the form on your behalf.<\/p>\r\n

FAST\u00a0can<\/em> pay students for their specialized skills and services if their work would be otherwise unavailable or more expensive to hire outside the student body, and only hired for an individual event.
