Our communal focus group discussions will be spaces where individuals freely express specific needs and visions around land &amp; watershed management and stewardship of the local environment to discuss:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which village resources (water, land, fodder, food, fuel) are most threatened by climate change?<\/li>\n<li>What skills are most needed so that women and youth can address food security &amp; labor shortages?<\/li>\n<li>What skills do women and youth need most urgently to access and steward natural resources?<\/li>\n<li>What adaptive solutions are already in place that can be shared or strengthened?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/climatez\/files\/2020\/07\/Screen-Shot-2020-07-20-at-3.48.32-PM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2020-07-20 at 3.48.32 PM\" height=\"558\" width=\"834\" title=\"Screen Shot 2020-07-20 at 3.48.32 PM\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.williams.edu\/climatez\/files\/2020\/07\/Screen-Shot-2020-07-20-at-3.48.52-PM.png\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2020-07-20 at 3.48.52 PM\" height=\"574\" width=\"824\" title=\"Screen Shot 2020-07-20 at 3.48.52 PM\" \/>\n\t<h4>Participatory mapping<\/h4>\n<p>Focus groups will map and describe customary rules for all communally managed\u00a0 environmental resources such as streams, irrigation channels, reservoirs, snowfields, pasture land, fields, tree plantations, and so forth.
