Summary:  There is widespread consensus on campus (and unanimity on this committee) that our existing GHG emissions goal must be strengthened for Williams to do its part in combating climate change. Business as usual is not an option. We have presented two alternative goals for the College to adopt along with strategies the College might use to achieve these goals and the best estimates we were able to obtain of the costs of these strategies.
