Ce cours vous permettra d\u2019apprendre comment \u00e9laborer un programme \u00e9conomique et financier \u00e0 l\u2019aide de donn\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques r\u00e9elles et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer vos comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re d\u2019analyse de politiques macro\u00e9conomiques. L\u2019exercice de programmation financi\u00e8re simule ce que les \u00e9conomistes du FMI (Fonds mon\u00e9taire international) font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans leurs travaux de surveillance avec les pays membres et de conception des programmes .<\/p>\r\n

Dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie (modules 8\u201310), vous examinerez comment utiliser les mesures de politiques pour r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres macro\u00e9conomiques. Vous analyserez notamment comment fonctionnent les politiques mon\u00e9taire, budg\u00e9taire et de change en utilisant un mod\u00e8le keyn\u00e9sien simple d\u2019une \u00e9conomie ouverte. Dans le dernier module, vous \u00e9tablirez le sc\u00e9nario d\u2019un programme appuy\u00e9 par le FMI pour le pays de notre \u00e9tude de cas.<\/p><\/blockquote>\r\n
