During Winter Study in January, students may choose from one of several courses. In the spring, the CDE offers a range of classes of which students will select four electives courses, including either an Oxford-style discoursive tutorial or an independent study. Our instructors include full-time Williams faculty, as well as policy experts with decades of experience in the field at instutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the Peterson
