While there we ordered plates of food piled high with a mixture of western fired chicken and Chinese Wok-cooked noodles. The taste of the wok seemed to have bled into the noodles giving them a unique charred taste, honestly everything was delicious and AFFORDABLE! Afterwards we went to the wet market, chock full of strange smells, locals socializing and endless stalls of fresh vegetables. I managed to buy enough tea to last me for over a year for less than 60 USD &#8211; score. Afterwards I thought the day would wind down and I would get some reading done, but some girls on my floor invited me to come play mahjong with them and how could I say no to that? After about two and half hours of seemingly cryptic rules and everyone crowding around me teaching me to play I finally got it. Turns out that Mahjong is super fun and easy to pick up, I wonder if I could bring it back to Williamstown with me?
