The photo facilities are housed in the Spencer Studio Art Building. Here we have a fully operational darkroom with 10 enlargers that can enlarge up to 4×5″ negatives. We also have a shooting studio where there are strobe and continuous light sources available to light any type of setup. In our digital photo lab, we have 3 tabletop printers capable of printing up to 17×22″. We also have 2 large format printers capable of printing up to 44″ wide and several feet long.
Students enrolled in a photo class have access to this facility during the posted lab hours when the studio can be monitored by the Photography Studio Assistant or the Photo TAs. Students not currently enrolled in a photo class must make an appointment with the Photography Studio Assistant, Megan Mazza, to schedule a time to use the printers. Students, faculty and staff wanting to use the Shooting Studio can also contact Megan to make a reservation.
