The flight to Japan is coming up soon, so I need to pack. I’ve traveled abroad many times, but never to Japan. What I’ve learned is I should pack light, as I’d probably want to buy some souvenirs.<\/p>\n
Kagaya-sensei said we’re allowed a backpack, a carry-on small suitcase, and a large checked suitcase. Here’s a list of what I’m packing:<\/p>\n
Backpack:<\/p>\n
-laptop and accessories that go with it<\/p>\n
-cell phone charger<\/p>\n
-travel documents<\/p>\n
-copies of e-ticket, address of hostel, and travel documents<\/p>\n
-one of the readings<\/p>\n
-snacks if I can find any<\/p>\n

Small suitcase:<\/p>\n
-1x jacket<\/p>\n
-1x hoodie<\/p>\n
-1x dress shirt (for presentation)<\/p>\n
-2x OCBD (Oxford Cloth Button Down)<\/p>\n
-3x wool sweaters<\/p>\n
-3x cotton sweaters (I think this may be too much. I have space, so why not?)<\/p>\n
-3x sets of clothes I sleep in<\/p>\n
-10x underwear and socks (didn’t actually count, just threw a bunch into the suitcase)<\/p>\n
-5x undershirts<\/p>\n
-1x jeans<\/p>\n
-2x chinos<\/p>\n
-rest of the readings<\/p>\n
-notebook<\/p>\n
-writing instruments<\/p>\n
-daily routine products<\/p>\n

I am not sure if I will bring a small suitcase or not. I am considering transferring everything in my small suitcase to the large suitcase. Jessy LeClair recommended a small backpack as well, but i do not own one. I will just look out of place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
