“World Music with an Edge.”
Each week, DJ Jason Danger choses a theme which could be a genre, a region, or a single word and then plays music on that theme. He has devoted shows to specific regions (like “The Music of Thailand”) and to Genres (like “Global Hip-hop”) and even to more abstract themes (like “Twenty Love Songs and One Poem of Despair”). Most of episodes have been in English but there have been episodes completely in Spanish (or mediocre Portuguese or German).
